Be A Playmaker
In fútbol, the No. 10 jersey is reserved for the visionary. The one who creates. Who leads. Who sees what others don’t. And that’s the spirit we’re looking for. This internship is about meaningful contributions, high-impact projects, and full immersion into the club’s day-to-day. You'll collaborate across departments, work alongside passionate pros, and gain real insight into what it takes to build something big. Whether your game is marketing, operations, events, or creative, this is your shot to grow, find your voice, and help shape what comes next. And if you’ve got the mindset of a No. 10, we want to hear from you. As part of the squad, you’ll…

1. Make Real Plays
Work on high-priority projects across departments and gain hands-on experience that matters. Now you’ll be part of the starting XI.

2. Learn From The Best
Collaborate with department leaders and executives who want to see you win. Interns are assigned a dedicated supervisor and can expect regular feedback, guidance, and career coaching to help sharpen their game.

3. A Team That Plays As One
Collab with teammates across the club, learn the behind-the-scenes game, and build relationships that last beyond your internship.

4. Kick-Off Your Career
The number 10 Internship isn’t just a foot in the door; it’s your launch pad. You'll acquire real-world experience, strong foundations in sports business, and skills that can take you anywhere on and off the pitch.
