Academy teams win three and draw one across all competitions over the weekend.
Inter Miami CF Academy teams played four matches over the weekend. Each team faced a corresponding Florida Rush Soccer Club side. IMCF teams came away from the weekend unbeaten with three wins and one draw.
U-14
The U-14s defeated the Florida Rush Soccer Club U-14 team 4-0 at the National Training Center in Clermont, FL. Miles Perkovich netted a brace for Inter Miami while Carlos Geffrard and Eduardo Rojas each scored one goal each.
U-13
Inter Miami’s U-13 Academy team took on the Florida Rush U-13s and won by a score of 3-1. Michael Flaum opened the scoring for the Club and Santiago Morales sealed the victory with a brace.
U-12 White
The Inter Miami CF U-12 White team drew 1-1 with the Florida Rush 08 FAL I B team. Peyton Presson scored the team’s only goal.
U-12 Black
The Inter Miami CF U-12 Black team won its matchup with the Florida Rush 09 FAL II B team by a score of 7-2. The team’s goal scorers were Jason Lobo, Leon Jacobs, Jude Royes (2x), Nessim Jena, and Liam Veizaga (2x).
