First 10,000 supporters will receive an exclusive Baptist Health x Inter Miami CF cooling towel giveaway
Today, Inter Miami CF announced details for Nurses Appreciation Night presented by Baptist Health, for the Club’s home match against the New York Red Bulls on Saturday, May 4 at 7:30 p.m. ET. The first 10,000 fans to arrive at the Chase Stadium gates will score an exclusive Baptist Health x Inter Miami CF cooling towel.
In anticipation for National Nurses Week, which is celebrated from May 6th to 12th, Inter Miami CF and Baptist Health will team up to recognize nurses for their service, dedication to caring for others, and improving the health of patients across the South Florida community, and worldwide. On matchday, select nurses from Baptist Health will join the Club on the pitch, pre-match, for the ceremonial holding of the IMCF crest during the national anthem and player walkouts. Additionally, the Baptist Health Community Team will be activating pre-match in the Baptist Health Fan Zone, with a variety of engaging activities/games, and complimentary giveaways to fans.
“Baptist Health is delighted to honor our nurses in celebration of Nurses Appreciation Night alongside Inter Miami” said Jean Putnam, Baptist Health’s Chief Nurse Executive. “Nurses are integral in how we define the word care at Baptist Health, and we cannot be prouder to celebrate our team, in addition to all nurses across the world.”
To celebrate the amazing work nurses do for the South Florida community, ahead of this weekend’s Nurses Appreciation Night presented by Baptist Health, Inter Miami First Team players Leo Afonso, Noah Allen, Shanyder Borgelin, Yannick Bright, CJ dos Santos, Ian Fray, Cole Jensen, Ryan Sailor, Lawson Sunderland and David Ruiz visited West Kendall Baptist Hospital, on Tuesday, April 30, thanking them for their care, while taking pictures with staff, and distributing IMCF branded merchandise.
“It was a great experience to come out here to Baptist Health to support all nurses. It's important to celebrate our nurses because they have the toughest job in the world and we really appreciate them and are very grateful for them,” said defender Noah Allen.
