MLS NEXT Pro unveiled today Inter Miami CF II’s full 2024 schedule consisting of 28 regular season games, kicking off on Sunday, March 17 at home against New York City FC II at Chase Stadium and concluding with a road Decision Day matchup against against Carolina Core FC on Sunday, Oct. 6. The team’s full 2024 regular season schedule is available HERE.
Each MLS NEXT Pro will play 28 play fixtures, 14 at home and 14 on the road, over 30 weeks throughout the season, with each club set to face division opponents three times.

Updated Conference Alignment
With two clubs joining MLS NEXT Pro, the Eastern Conference will feature updated divisions in 2024. The former Central Division, which features Inter Miami CF II, is now the Southeast Division, in addition to other changes:
- Crown Legacy FC move from Northeast Division to Southeast Division
- Carolina Core FC and Chattanooga FC join Southeast Division
- FC Cincinnati 2, Columbus Crew 2 and Chicago Fire II move from Central Division (now Southeast Division) to Northeast Division

The majority of regular season matches, plus all Decision Day matches, playoff matches and MLS NEXT Pro Cup, will be available to watch live and on-demand on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app. The remainder of regular season matches will stream live on mlsnextpro.com. MLS Season Pass is the subscription service from Apple and Major League Soccer that is home to all MLS and Leagues Cup matches and hundreds of MLS NEXT Pro and MLS NEXT matches.
Expanded "Pick-Your-Opponent" Playoffs format
The 2024 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs will once again feature the “pick-your-opponent” format that debuted during the 2023 postseason. This year will feature:
- More teams qualifying for the playoffs (16 teams)
- More teams making selections (8 teams)
- More knockout matches being played (15 matches)
Eight teams will qualify for the playoffs from each conference (16 total), with seeds No. 1-4 in each conference hosting and selecting their opponents in the first round. In the second round, the highest remaining seed in each conference will select an opponent from any of the remaining three teams. The MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs will begin the weekend of October 18 and will consist of three rounds followed by MLS NEXT Pro Cup.
