Inter Miami CF (7W-14L-4D, 25 points) will aim to carry on with the team's recent strong form when it hosts Sporting Kansas City (8W-11L-8D, 32 points) for the first matchup between the sides this Saturday, Sept. 9. Kick off at DRV PNK Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
Kick Childhood Cancer Night presented by the Inter Miami CF Foundation
On Saturday Inter Miami is also set to host this year’s edition of the Club’s Kick Childhood Cancer Night (KCC) presented by the Inter Miami CF Foundation. The beneficiary for the special evening will be the Live Like Bella Pediatric Cancer Foundation, which is an internationally recognized leader in childhood cancer research and advocacy providing financial and emotional support to children battling cancer. Live Like Bella is a nonprofit organization created in memory of Bella Rodriguez-Torres, who inspired people throughout the world during her six-year fight against cancer.
The match will feature the following:

Additionally, DRV PNK Stadium is proud to welcome back high school senior Alexandra Herrera and the Lourdes Singers from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy to the pitch to get KCC Night underway by singing the national anthem. Herrera performed the anthem last year in the Club's 2022 Kick Childhood Cancer Night as a pediatric cancer patient undergoing treatment for a recurrence of rhabdomyosarcoma. This year, after over a year of intense treatment, Herrera will walk onto the field as a pediatric cancer survivor!

Inter Miami and Brightline are returning for another action-packed season. Take GOOOL GETTER trains and complimentary shuttles from Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station directly to all the Inter Miami CF matches this season at DRV PNK Stadium.
Shuttles depart the station 10 minutes after train arrivals and return shuttles depart from DRV PNK Stadium at 9:45 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET so you can stay for the whole match and get back to the station to catch your train back home.
XTRA TIME at the XBTO Northwest Club
The XBTO Northwest Club will be open postgame for all guests to enjoy. The 10,000 square foot hospitality space, which is located next to the team store by Gate 3, includes an air-conditioned enclosed first level, an outdoor terrace on the second level overlooking the field, and a third level open-air lounge.
XTRA TIME at the XBTO Northwest Club will feature a live DJ, giveaways, food and drink specials and the opportunity to watch the Inter Miami CF postgame show from a great vantage point. Fans are encouraged to head over immediately following the final whistle to secure up close viewing.
Inter Miami CF Foundation 50/50 Raffle Initiative for September
As part of the season-long 50/50 Raffle initiative, the Inter Miami CF Foundation and Live Like Bella Pediatric Cancer Foundation will be running a KCC 50/50 Raffle throughout the month of September with proceeds going toward Pediatric Cancer research and family aid. Live Like Bella will be at DRV PNK Stadium on Saturday to kick off the fundraiser and fans can participate by purchasing raffle tickets both at the stadium or online at Imcf.5050raffle.org.

Club-Record Unbeaten Streak
Inter Miami will face Sporting Kansas City in search of extending its ongoing Club-record 11-game unbeaten streak. The team most recently claimed an emphatic 1-3 win on the road over MLS Cup defending champions LAFC last Sunday. Notably, the win at BMO Stadium saw summer signings Facundo Farías and Tomás Avilés tally their first goal and assist respectively, while Spanish legend Jordi Alba tallied his first MLS goal.
Team of the Matchday Honors for Messi, Callender and Alba
Captain Lionel Messi, goalkeeper Drake Callender and Alba earned Team of the Matchday for Matchday 30 of the MLS 2023 regular season following their outstanding performances in Inter Miami’s 1-3 win over LAFC.
Messi secured his place in the Team of the Matchday starting XI after recording two assists against LAFC, earning Team of the Matchday honors for a second time. The Argentine attacker has now tallied a goal and two assists in three MLS matches, while registering 11 goals and eight assists in 11 total Inter Miami appearances across all competitions.
Callender made six saves and led the defensive line to help Miami secure an emphatic win. This was the fifth time this 2023 regular season that the goalkeeper featured in a Team of the Matchday.
Alba, meanwhile, secured MLS Team of the Matchday honors for the first time after scoring his second goal for the Club and first in MLS against LAFC.
First Matchup Against Sporting Kansas City
This weekend's matchup at DRV PNK Stadium will see Inter Miami and Sporting KC meet for the first time in Club history in what will be the only game between the sides this regular season.
Scouting Sporting Kansas City
The Kansas City-based side will come to South Florida after most recently topping St. Louis CITY SC 2-1 at home in the team's most recent match. So far this regular season, Sporting KC have registered eight wins, 11 losses and eight draws for a total of 32 points and sit 11th in the Western Conference table,
Mexican forward Alan Pulido has been the team's leader this campaign with 12 goals and three assists to his name thus far in the 2023 MLS regular season.
