Fullback DeAndre Yedlin and center back Damion Lowe return to Seattle after previously playing for the Sounders. The defenders enjoyed successful spells with the team, with Lowe being selected by the club in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft and Yedlin beginning his accomplished career with the Sounders and being a First Team player from 2013 to 2014, helping the side win the Supporters’ Shield and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup titles in 2014.
