Inter Miami will make its debut in the inaugural edition of Leagues Cup 2023 as the team will take on the Mexican side Cruz Azul in the opening game of the tournament at DRV PNK Stadium at 8 p.m. ET. The match will feature Tata Martino’s second game at the helm, while seven-time Ballon d’Or winner, World Cup champion Lionel Messi and legendary Spanish midfielder Sergio Busquets will be available for selection for the first time. Friday’s matchup will be the first game out of two in the South 3 Group Stage with a following game on Tuesday, July 25 against fellow MLS side Atlanta United. The top two teams from the group will advance to the Round of 32 with single-game eliminations taking place.
Toronto FC II vs. Inter Miami CF II | York Lions Stadium at 7 p.m. ET
Inter Miami CF II will hit the road this Friday, July 21 as the team will travel to Toronto to take on Toronto FC II for the second time this 2023 MLS NEXT Pro campaign, with kick off set to 7 p.m. ET at York Lions Stadium.
